The 2.5-inch square rockwool block is the ideal size for seed germination and seedling growth. It holds its shape well without crumbling, making it easy to plant. There are planting holes in the center of the rockwool block, so it's easy to use right out of the box. We've pre-cut the gaps between each rockwool plug where you might want to trim them with scissors.
